With our AIS sommelier, we take you on a journey through Aosta Valley and Italian wines, both whites and reds, paired with a generous platter of top-quality cured meats and cheeses.
You taste slowly, listen and raise a glass: a slow pleasure to share in good company.

We don’t have a restaurant, and perhaps that is exactly what makes it special: in the evening our bar becomes a convivial corner where you can end the day without hurrying, in the peace of the mountains.
Waiting for you are generous platters of selected local produce, a typical hot dish and a dessert to finish, with a soft drink or a glass of wine included. Genuine flavours, good company and time to enjoy every bite.
